The Modern theory of space evolution for early Universe (from the first instants to the beginning of Big Bang) is revealed from the point of view of inflationary cosmology. It is shown that the stage of an impetuous exponential expansion of the Universe resulting with Big Bang is characterized by inflation. The article gives a short description of the Theory of Strings as an essential stage in solution of the problem connected with the creation of an integrated theory of four kinds of interaction (gravitational, strong, weak and electromagnetic). The article highlights the problem of a fundamental nature of Space, Time and Time Arrow.
