Abstract |
||
The article analyzes the concept of "ICT competence of a teacher" and gives the authors' interpretation of the concept. The article describes a system of the independent certification of a teacher's ICT competence developed by the authors. The system includes: the purpose, the objectives of certification, the procedure, the substantiation of skills levels, the evaluation criteria and a set of measuring materials. The author describes in detail the basic principles of the certification: accessibility, fairness, voluntariness. The challenges and benefits of implementing the certification system at universities are also analyzed |
