Abstract |
||
The article is devoted to the interrelation of two important characteristics of classification of knowledge: the power of the processes of changes and the level of knowledge personalization. Connected with innovative development some unique competitive advantages can be primarily achieved through the implicit knowledge management of the organization, aimed at establishing structural and functional knowledge. Stable competitive advantages depend mainly on formal approach to the operational knowledge management. An integrate approach to knowledge management is a combination of two approaches: personalized and informational ones. |
