Abstract


Peculiarity action of a heat and of external introduction Н2О2 on process use of glutation are investigated, and also the content carotinoids in chloroplasts of wheat of a grade of Sharg within 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes. As a result of researches has been found out a considerable role of glutation in support of functional activity chloroplasts at action as heat, and of external introduction Н2О2. The adaptive increase of content in chloroplasts of carotinoids already through 5-10 mines after the beginning of action investigated stressors confirmation about the important role of the given substances in protection of photosynthetic membranes.
