Abstract |
||
The article discusses personal and professional specification in the staff selection system of an organization. Personal and professional specification is represented as psychological education of a person, reflected in a subject’s predisposition to a particular kind of labor. It manifests itself through personal correspondence to the parameters of an “ideal worker”. Identification and evaluation of personal and professional specifications can be performed through nominative and diagnostic ways. This article presents three independent organizations, where differing “etalon” requirements for the specialist were revealed by professional graphic examination. |
