The author focuses on the problem of the possibility of using political Internet communications as an indicator of the development of public administration. The applied research methodology consists in analyzing the phenomenon of political Internet communications through the prism of the linguistic and political context. The author comes to conclusions about the variability of communication models that do not allow to establish a universal rating of the development of political Internet communications around the world.
